These have been my favorite treats at the craft shows. I chose to add some quotes at the top of the bar, but they are just as cute without them. The quotes are then punched out with an oval punch and adhered to the Hershey bars.
I make all of my candy bar wrappers from a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2" square piece of card stock. You can get 4 wrappers out of a single piece of 12x12 card stock. Simply score these squares at 1 1/2, 1 3/4, 4 and 4 1/4". Scoring them makes them fit nicely around the candy bar and gives a clean edge.

Stampin' Up! Card stock: Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White, Brushed Silver
Accessories: Quickutz double square die-cut for belt buckle, pre-printed quotes, oval punch.
